Data Collection Agents (DCA)

Miracom has the most flexible Data Collection Agent (DCA) options in the market. Offering both hardware and software DCA options, Miracom's technology will meet customer needs in the most security centric environment. If you need to manage locally attached devices, Miracom has the easiest to deploy solution for that as well.   
Hardware Solution - Magic 1500
The most non-invasive remote monitoring solution on the market, the Magic 1500 is a 1U rack mountable appliance that is installed in the customer's server room.

Software Solution - MagicSoft
MagicSoft is a software version of the Magic 1500 appliance. Although it must be downloaded onto a customer's server or other network attached computer, MagicSoft is still less invasive than other solutions. Once downloaded and installed, MagicSoft monitors print devices exactly like the Magic 1500, polling devices and sending data back to the application.

Local Devices - MagicL
MagicL (Magical) is a software plug-in that can be used in conjunction with either the MagicSoft software  or Magic 1500 hardware appliance. MagicL allows service providers to remotely monitor their customers locally attached print devices. Less invasive and easier to deploy than other solutions on the market, MagicL can get you the page counts you need on locally attached devices.

Service Directory

The Service Directory is a component of Miracom's Managed Print Services application which enables service providers worldwide to locate one another, and issue each other tickets for service support. Want to sign-up; just click on the image on the left.
