Thanks for your detailed description of what a MPS service have to cover to give the Customer a real complete service. I have read other articles from you and I did not see anything about Multi-Vendor enviroments, point that other articles remarks as strategic for the next future. From your point of view, is this facility enough important to be included in printer Vendor´s independent MPS solutions?
